Refund And Return Policy - App

CUSTOMER CAN MANAGE THEIR ORDERS THROUGH THEIR ACCOUNT. WE HAVE A PROVISION FOR ACCEPTING RETURN AND REFUND SUBJECT TO THE CONDITIONS BELOW:-

a. IN CASE IF THE PRODUCT DELIVERED TO YOU IS A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT, DEFECTIVE, EXPIRED PRODUCT, THE RETURN POLICY IS APPLICABLE TO YOU. USERS CAN APPLY FOR A RETURN WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING THEIR ORDER AND THEY CAN EXPECT A RETURN WITHIN 5 TO 7 WORKING DAYS (subject to General Terms) FROM THE TIME OF PLACING A RETURN ORDER. HOWEVER, IN SOME RARE AND INEVITABLE CASES IT CAN BE LONGER. NO RETURN ORDER WILL BE ENTERTAINED AFTER THE EXPIRY OF 48 HOURS FROM THE DELIVERY. ONCE A RETURN ORDER IS PLACED BY THE USER THROUGH THEIR ACCOUNT, USERS WILL BE PROVIDED WITH AN ORDER NUMBER (RETURN ID) NOTIFIED ON THEIR E-MAIL AND THROUGH SMS ON THEIR REGISTERED MOBILE NUMBER. USERS ARE ADVISED TO PRESERVE THE RETURN ID FOR THEIR FUTURE REFERENCE. IF YOUR RETURN IS TAKING LONGER TIME THEN EXPECTED, YOU MAY GET IN TOUCH WITH US AT lg@laljeegodhoo.com UNDER THE SUBJECT- RETURN IS TAKING LONGER THAN USUAL. THE RETURN POLICY IS SUBJECT TO FACTORS LIKE FORCE MAJEURE WHICH ARE OUTSIDE THE CONTROL OF LG, WHICH MAY AFFECT THE DELIVERY/RETURN PROCESS. LG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DELAYS CAUSED ON ACCOUNT OF FORCE MAJEURE EVENTS. USERS ARE ADVISED TO BE PATIENT THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS AND RETAIN THE RECEIPT/ P.O.D GIVEN BY THE DELIVERY PARTNER. FURTHER CONDITIONS FOR A RETURN ARE AS BELOW:

  • THE PRODUCT MUST NOT BE UNBOXED/USED/PACKAGING, PRICE TAGS AND OTHER DETAILS OF THE PRODUCT SHOULD BE INTACT AND AS IT WAS AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.
  • THE PRODUCT WILL BE COLLECTED FROM THE CONSUMER FOR THE SCRUTINIZATION PROCESS BY OUR TEAM. CONSMERS ARE EXPECTED TO CO-OPERATE DURING THE EXAMINATION PROCESS BY OUR REPRESENTATIVE.
  • THE PRODUCTS FOR REVERSE PICK-UP (only if your location supports) WILL BE PICKED UP WITHIN 2 TO 4 WORKING DAYS FROM THE DATE OF REQUEST HOWEVER IN SOME RARE AND INEVITABLE CASES IT CAN BE LONGER.

b. WE FURTHER RESERVE THE RIGHTS TO CANCEL OR STOP THE ORDER PROCESSING, IF THE PRODUCT IS MENTIONED WITH INCORRECT RATES OR DISCOUNT OR IF THE PRODUCT GOES OUT OF STOCK. THE REFUND SHALL BE INITIATED, IN CASE IF THE USER’S BANK ACCOUNT HAS BEEN DEBITED AND NO ORDER IS PLACED. USERS ARE ADVISED TO SEND US BANK TRANSACTION DETAIL AT lg@laljeegodhoo.com FOR OUR REFERENCE AND WAIT FOR ANY REPONSE FROM THE PAYMENT GATEWAY REGARDING THE REFUND PROCESS. IN CASE IF NO REFUND IS RECEIVED, CO-ORDINATE WITH YOUR BANK OFFICIAL FOR REFUND. USUALLY UNDER SUCH CIRCUMSTANCES A REFUND IS AUTOMATICALLY ISSUED WITHIN 7-10 WORKING DAYS BY THE BANK. IN CASE A USER FINDS THEMSELVES ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN/ REFUND, USER IS ADVISED TO VISIT THEIR L.G. ACCOUNT AND APPLY FOR A REFUND. OUR TEAM OF EXPERTS WILL SCRUNIZE THE PRODUCT AND IF THE RETURN OF THE PRODUCT IS ACCEPTABLE TO LG AS PER THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, OUR TEAM WILL PROCESS A REFUND AFTER A SCRUTINITY CHECK, WHICH SHALL BE CREDITED TO THE USERS ACCOUNT WITHIN 7-10 WORKING DAYS. THE MODE OF REFUND WILL BE SAME AS THE MODE OF APPLICATION OF ORDER. USERS SHALL NOTE THAT, ANY SHIPPING CHARGES PAID WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. FOLLOWING ARE APPLICABLE WAYS OF REFUND SUBJECT TO MODE OF PAYMENT:-

  • CASH ON DELIVERY: THE REFUND WILL BE ININTIATED WITHIN 24 HOURS AND DEPOSITED WITHIN 7 TO 10 WORKING DAYS INTO THE BANK ACCOUNT PROVIDED BY THE USER DURING REGISTRATION/ ACCOUNT CREATION ON THE DIGITAL PLATFORM WITH THE DIGITAL PLATFORM.
  • DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT/ INAPPROPRIATE PRODUCT/ OUT OF STOCK: CONSUMER CAN PLACE AN ORDER FOR A REFUND WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY AND THE SAME WILL BE VRIFIED AS PER THE NORMS SET BY L.G.. THE USER/CUSTOMER HAS A CHOICE TO APPLY FOR A RETURN OR REFUND UNDER THESE CIRCUMSTANCES.

PREPAID ORDERS (CARD/NET-BANKING/ UPI): THE REFUND WILL BE INITIATED WITHIN 24 HOURS AND DEPOSITED WITHIN 7 TO 10 WORKING DAYS INTO THE BANK ACCOUNT PROVIDED AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION/ ACCOUNT CREATION ON THE DIGITAL PLATFORM THROUGH WHICH SUCH TRANSACTION WAS MADE.
